To provide youth girls 3rd through 11th grade in the North Bay Area a quality basketball education through skill development, team concepts and game competition —all conducted in an environment that encourages sportsmanship and fosters positive personal growth. The NorCal Academy (NCA) is a new and innovative youth basketball program designed by several local high school coaches. Its purpose is to provide youth girls in the North Bay Area a quality basketball education through skill development, team concepts and game competition, all conducted in an environment that encourages sportsmanship and fosters positive personal growth.
