Round-robin high school varsity level basketball shootout with separate divisions for boys and girls.

Coaches nominate a player who will be a senior in the 2019-20 season. The selected players, one boy and one girl, receives a $1,000.00 scholarship from the NOA in the memory of Bob Brown, assignor and official, who passed away from cancer.

Teams are guaranteed three games using summer league type rules.

Entry fee is a $150.00 donation to the Bob Brown Scholarship Fund.
