Boys and Girls Divisions:
1st – 12th Grade
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
Registration Deadline: 02/12/2023 (Expires at 11:55pm)
Registration cost is $250.00

$25-off each team (early bird discount) if you register by 2/01/2023.
Add`l $25-off for registering 3 or more teams.
Add`l $50-off if you register for 5 or more of our events at once (per team).

Majority of the games will be Live Streamed and has a videographer.
Coaches to report to team Check-In & Check-in Requirements:
**Please allow minimum 45-60 minutes to check in your teams (Time is based on the amount of teams your checking in)
February 17th at 4:45pm – 9:00pm
February 18th at 7:30am – 3:00pm
(1st games will jump off at 5:30pm Friday, February 17th)
1. Printed copy of official roster
2. Report card for each player
3. Birth Certificate for each player
4. Waivers (All players and coaches must complete)
5. The 2 Coaches listed on the roster will receive their passes at check-in and must be present to sign for their pass (Max of 2 Coaches per team. Please be ready to show ID at check-in – No exceptions)
All coaches and players must turn in a waiver at check-in (Form will be emailed Tuesday night to all the teams and you may get the form off of our website “EVENT RULES” page).

This is not a stay to play event, but we have listed hotel information on the “HOTEL PAGE”.
The schedule will be posted on late Wednesday night.
Fan admission fees:
Adults Daily Pass: $12 each day
Children (5 & Up) Daily Pass $10 each day
No tournament weekend pass
Kids 4 & Under are free
